Satori (Sabrina Ben Chaabane) is an author, poet, teacher, and community activist based in Chicago. Her work is heavily inspired by her immigrant “weird girl” upbringing in Upstate New York, generational trauma, and love in all its forms. Her work appears or is forthcoming in Raging Opossum Press, WREATH Literary Collective, Milwaukee Avenue Messenger, Sabr Tooth Tiger Magazine, Dodo Eraser, Querencia Press, and more.
